As of July 1, the community had $34543.95 in its Operating Fund (Checking) and $26351.50 in its Reserve Fund (Savings). There is one homeowner who have not yet paid 2023 dues and one homeowner who has not paid 2022 dues. All delinquent accounts have been assessed late fees and interest, and one has been referred to the Community lawyer for further action. One additional homeowner is paying in installments. The other 66 homeowners have paid assessments in full through the end of the year.
Operations: The financials show the community is running about $3500 under budget.
Reserve: The Community paid $1704.70 from Reserve to stain the deck, rebuild the picnic tables, and purchase a nozzle and hose for the pool.
Maintenance: Ken Schiewetz acting chairperson
The tables in the picnic area are in the final stage of restoration. Thank you to Neal Tripp and James Rolf for their work. Steve Freeborn has volunteered to help restore 3 benches at the pool.
