Ken reported that no volunteers to serve on the board have come forward after his latest request. Please consider serving as a member or on a committee.
Treasurer: Gary Mesick
As of December 1, the community had $15402.28 in its Operating Fund (Checking) and $30795.84 in its Reserve Fund (Savings). There is one homeowner who has not yet paid 2022 dues. The other 68 homeowners have paid assessments in full through the end of the year.
Operations: The financials show the community is running about $1400 under budget.
Reserve: There were no Reserve expenses in November.
Next year’s budget: The draft budget for 2024 calls for holding dues at their current level ($720 per household per year).

Anne will finalize the selection of the venue for the annual meeting.

Maintenance/Pool: Ken Schiewetz (acting chairperson)
The asphalt repairs to the sink hole in the cul-de-sac near the bottom of Mar Cheri are complete. J&S Maintenance repaired the leak in the pipe at the east side of the common area near the pool.

Two letters were sent to property owners for garbage can violations.

New Business:
Ken reported that he will be meeting with Paul from Affinity Tree on Monday. He will be getting bids on trimming trees in the Mar Cheri common areas.
A reminder to all dog owners in the neighborhood. The city of Federal Way has a leash law. For the safety of people, and dogs, we remind you to always keep all dogs leashed when they are not confined to your property.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday January 9, 2023 via Zoom.
