The 2013 budget is being finalized. Preparations are being made for the annual audit. Steve discussed the procedure for filing in small claims court to obtain past due assessments, and we will proceed with two claims against accounts that are over one year past due if they are not paid by the annual meeting.

Thanks to everyone who brought treats and attended the fun holiday gathering. We had the biggest turnout yet – about 50 people!
Maintenance — Mark Bunger
A vendor (The Pipe Guys) has been selected to repair the pipe near the pool, and the work should be complete within the next couple of weeks. The contract includes necessary permits and a 15 year warranty. Because of the expense of the pipe repair, we will postpone purchase of the winter pool cover but will buy a new summer cover before the pool opens for the season.

If you’re interested in serving on the board, please contact Arnie at 941-9827. We are especially looking for someone to serve in the vacant Architecture position. We also need Audit and Social Committee volunteers. Committee members don’t need to attend all the board meetings, but contributions from volunteers are very necessary to keep our neighborhood vibrant and strong. Bring your great ideas for the community to life!
