As of 1 May, Mar Cheri has $44218.32 in our Operating (checking) account and $3475.25 in our Reserve (savings) account.
The Community is currently about $4500 under budget, due to property tax not having yet cleared.
64 households have paid their 2024 dues in full, and one household is paying in installments. Four households are unpaid for 2024. An additional household has not paid 2022 dues. This is an ongoing issue being handled by the Community lawyers.
We have renewed our insurance 2024, which will be reflected in next month’s budget.
