There was a quorum.With regard to the ongoing lawsuit, Ken reported that we are waiting for the settlement to be signed by the plaintiff. Treasurer: Gary MesickAs of April 1, the community had $20152.94 in its Operating Fund (Checking) and $34804.23 in its Reserve Fund (Savings). The Association has two delinquent accounts carried over from last year(fines an interest are accruing). For 2023, there are 20 homeowners who have not paid their dues. One homeowner is paying in installments. All other homeowners have paid assessments in full through the end of the year.NOTE: HOA dues are due April 1 each year. Late fees are assessed on April 15 for those who have not paid by then. And interest accrues at the rate of 1% per month on all unpaid balances.The financials show the community is running about $4000 over budget. This is all legal fees associated with the update of the Community bylaws.Reserve: There were no expenses from Reserve in March. We anticipate a Reserve expense for replacing the water heater in the pool house later this year. ![]() Secretary: Anne MesickNo report.At Large: Larry BarlowNo report.Maintenance/Pool: Ken SchiewetzKen met with Neal Tripp, who is taking the lead on organizing the operations at the pool, and working on many of the routine projects with neighbor James Rolf. All the work from the off season remodel is complete.The hose bib project will be completed in the next couple of weeks.Architecture: Ken SchiewetzThe Architectural committee approved a fence replacement for property 4-14.We would like to thank Robin Mann for her service on the Architectural committee.Recreation Hospitality: Anne MesickNo report.New Business:The water heater will be replaced before the opening of the 2023 swim season. Anne Mesick made a motion that up to $3000.00 dollars from the reserve fund be made available for the project. Gary Mesick seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.The pool will open on Memorial Day weekend. The date of the work party will be announced soon.
