The meeting was called to order by President Ken Schiewetz. In attendance were board members Laura House, Anne Mesick, Larry Barlow, Lisa Martinez, Makota Sugiuchi, Audrey Isaacson and Brenda Busskohl.
President: Ken Schiewetz
Stream Mitigation: Ken Schiewetz, Anne Mesick and Steve Freeborn met with the city of Federal Way regarding the Stream Mitigation. A biological study will have to be done, then our part is completed.
Laura House made a motion for $3,000.00 to $3,500.00 for a biological study of the stream. Anne Mesick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed.
Treasurer: Larry Barlow
As of November 30, Income: $47,693.09
Expenses: $42,982.82
Three homeowners are in arrears for 2019.
Laura House made a motion for the 2020 dues to be $720.00. Larry seconded the motion.
Vice President: Laura House
Laura is going to check with PSE to see if we can get Solar Panel Street Lights or LED lights to bring down our streetlight bills.
Recreation: Anne Mesick
Nancy Krueger is having a Neighborhood Cookie Party; everyone in the neighborhood is invited. It will be at their house, 113 SW 299th Place. It will be December 22 from 2pm to 5 pm. Cookies or treats are optional.
Architectural: Rod Martinez
Rod was absent so Lisa discussed what projects that need to be address in 2020.
Fence erosion around the pool
A lot of water and dirt is coming down from the hillside by the pool.
New Roof on the pool house.
At Large: Makoto Sugiuchi
Makoto will have a locksmith look at the lock at the pool in the beginning of the year to see if it can be fixed.
Next meeting will be January 14, 2020. Location to be announced.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
