Minutes from Board Meeting 07/06/2016
In attendance: Ken Schiewetz, Greg Bengeult, Vicki Bengeult, Heather Salton, Makoto Sugiuchi. Prior minutes were approved via email before the meeting.
Architecture Committee
Heather reports that two house paintings, one roof, and one shed were approved. One letter was sent to a property in violation of landscape maintenance covenants.
Treasurer
Greg met with the person who is doing the reserve study and walked the grounds with her. She will send her report in a few weeks.
