Minutes of the December meeting were approved.
Mailbox Break-ins
Two clusters of mailboxes were forcibly broken into. Steve filed a police report, and the police said not to hesitate to call if we see suspicious activity. We will try to get a police presentation on the Block Watch program at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 27th.
Nominations
The search is still on for three open board positions, but so far interest is low. PLEASE consider volunteering just a little bit of time each month to keep our association alive and well.
Treasurer’s Report – Pete Keller
The budget has been completed for approval. W-2’s have been submitted to the Social Security Administration for our employees (lifeguards).

Maintenance and Recreation — Mark Bunger and Nancy Krueger
The pool is looking good thanks to Mark’s periodic maintenance. The pest control people have also been keeping the bait stocked – and it keeps disappearing. There was good turn out for the holiday cookie party at Nancy’s.
