Maintenance — Mark Bunger
Mark obtained three bids from large national plumbing companies to repair the pipe near the pool house, which has been damaged by tree roots. The prices ranged between about $6200 and $8200. The board approved $7000 to cover the repair. Mark wants to get additional bids from some smaller local companies in case they can be more competitive, but he has the authority to contract and proceed with the necessary work based on his findings without waiting for the next board meeting.
Nominating Committee – Arnie Rusten
The next annual meeting will be here in the blink of an eye, right after the holidays. If you’re interested in serving on the board, please contact Arnie at 941-9827. We are especially looking for someone to serve in the vacant Architecture position. We also need Audit and Social Committee volunteers. Committee members don’t need to attend all the board meetings, but contributions from volunteers are very necessary to keep our neighborhood vibrant and strong. Bring your great ideas for the community to life!
Safety Reminder
Be sure to lock your cars and homes. There have been several recent incidents of cars being ransacked and/or burgled at night.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm. The next meeting will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, December 4 at the Bengeult’s.
Respectfully submitted, Vicki Bengeult
