66 of the 69 homeowners have paid their assessments. Final warnings regarding payment of this year’s assessments will be sent. Thereafter, notices of intent to lien will be sent to any remaining outstanding accounts.

Recreation – Nancy Krueger
The summer season at the pool went well. We had a great group of lifeguards and swimming instructors. Final cleanup and furniture storage is underway.
The board is discussing options for improving the play area. If you have suggestions, please let us know.
Maintenance — Mark Bunger
Mark found a $1500 winter pool cover with 20 year warranty. The board voted on and approved the purchase up to $2000. The extra amount is to allow for purchasing a new summer cover at the same time. The new winter cover is needed to meet safety code requirements.
Investigation into drainage problems in the parking lot near the pool house will commence as soon as possible. Mark will schedule this with a plumber.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm. The next meeting will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 2 at Nancy Krueger’s.
