2011 assessments from 66 homes and 21 associate members have been received so far. Liens the board placed on the properties at SW 299th PL, 29916 2ndAve SW and 30018 2nd Ave SW for unpaid assessments have been paid. We have recovered $1491 of unpaid assessments. Phone and trash service has been stopped at the pool.

Thanks to Mark and Steve for covering the pool. Also, the lifeguards returned several surveys and Sue and I will look at them to make changes for next season.
Architecture – Sherry Murchison
The architectural control committee approved a deck project for one of our residents.
The neighborhood entrances have been planted for fall and spring. 18 pansies were planted at the 1st Ave S. entrance. Be on the lookout for crocus and a variety of other bulbs flowers to greet us next spring.
Please remember to check with your neighbors for any visibility issues as our trees have grown through the summer.
Maintenance — Mark Bunger
Pool cover is on. This winter, Mark and Nancy will be improving the safety signage at the pool. The backflow preventer will be installed this winter.
Nominating Committee
Are you interested in serving on the Mar Cheri Board? Harold Isaacson has agreed to serve as recruiter/ nominating committee member to fill vacancies on next year’s board. We are looking for a new Vice President, Secretary and Architectural Control Member. If you are interested in fill one of these, or another position, please contact Harold.
