Pool is Open: The pool is currently open. All members are asked to review the pool rules and sign a release form before using the pool. Once Lisa Martinez has your signed release form, she will begin the process to activate your key card. See below for a link to pool rules and for instructions as to what to do if your key card is not working.

Pool Hours: 8am to 9pm, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day

Please review these guidelines with your children before they visit the pool

If you wish to have a party at the pool, you must adhere to the pool party rules

Please Note: Access to the pool is available to owners whose dues are current.

  • If your Pool Key Card is not working, please contact Lisa Martinez at 206-755-1716, or email: secretary@marcheri.org and provide your name,  address,  phone number and card number in order to determine its status.
  • A Pool Key Card can fail because:1. A current “Pool Liability Release” is not on file with Mar Cheri.
    2. The Pool Key Card has been damaged to a point where it is inoperable.
    3. The Homeowner’s Annual Dues are in arrears.
    4. Non-Compliance fines or interest are in arrears.
    5. A temporary electronic access system malfunction.
  • If you require a replacement for a Pool Key Card that has been lost, stolen, damaged, etc., it can be purchased with a check or money order payable to the Mar Cheri Community Club for $50.
  • If a Pool Key Card is not transferred / provided by the previous owner of a residence, the new owner is required to purchase ($50) a Pool Key Card, as well as submit a Pool Waiver and Rules form.
